This lightweight, very dark reddish-brown wooden bat pendant by GatewayAlpha is artfully hand-carved in Cocobolo, an exotic hardwood that originates from Mexico, a wood highly diverse in colors and grain, making this wearable art pendant unique and one of a kind. This particular wood tends to darken over time, therefore by the time you will receive this pendant the wood might have settled into darker reddish-brown tones. The pendant is sealed with multiple layers of glossy wood lacquer that add a lot of shine to the piece. The pendant measures approximately 1.1″ tall by 2.3″ wide, and for a better visualization of its size please see the picture with the pendant next to a US quarter. The pendant comes with an adjustable 18-20″ black Korea waxed cord with lobster clasp, ready to wear. The waxed cord has a shinny snakeskin like texture and is a great non-fraying alternative to leather. We recommend for this product to be removed before bedtime, workouts, showering or swimming.
