Fab 70s-era handmade 2" diameter round artisan enamel pendant hangs from a stiff V-point wire choker ring. Colors are red, white, and dark blue in a starburst design, sort of like vintage spin art. The disc is very lightly signed on back J.P. and 1975, and appears to be sterling silver - see before and after polishing photos. Weirdly the initials and date are clearer with moderate tarnish than without, as if a chemical or coating was used to write them. Wire ring is silver-tone, probably stainless steel. Please note, the wire ring is very small, for a child or a very slim neck. It is only 15" around the inside and 4 3/4" diameter. The disc can be removed easily and hung on a different ring or chain. Great piece for July 4 or other patriotic USA events.
