Thank you! ---------------------------- ONYX (MATTE BLACK) ~ The benefits of this quartz gem includes aiding intuition, focus, balance, and affecting positive change for the good of one’s life. It is immensely powerful at deflecting – and at at times, absorbing – all negativity: negative relationships, negativity at work, worry, unhealthy habits and vices, and past dramas. As such, Black Onyx is a protection stone, protecting the wearer from the Evil Eye – the supernatural curse caused by jealousy or envy and cast to inflict harm to others. It is also known for its spiritual cleansing abilities, helping one’s spirit to be washed free from impurities that can do harm. Black Onyx allows one to overcome previous relationships, purge the past, and start living in the present JADE (SPIDER RED) ~ Jade is widely believed to promote trust and fidelity in relationships and is especially beneficial for supporting the reproductive systems in both men and women. It is believed to increase libido and balance hormones in men and women of all ages. Jade has the wonderful property of gently realigning and harmonizing feelings of inadequacy or lack of self-worth so that you value yourself and others value you too. TIGER EYE (GREEN) ~ Tiger's Eye is associated with a host of healing properties; such as bringing insight into complex situations, protecting us from negative energies, deepening mental clarity, attracting good luck, grounding and centering personal energy, and dispelling fears. It helps us to see ourselves and the world better. It is an intense yet well-grounded natural gemstone, said to enhance psychic and empathic energies, while protecting its wearer with an unblinking eye. PAN-AFRICAN FLAG ~ is also known as the Afro-American flag, Black Liberation flag, UNIA flag, Marcus Garvey, Universal African, and Black Nationalist flag among other names. The flag consists of three equal horizontal bands of Red, Black and Green. It was first officially adopted by the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League in 1920. The UNIA-ACL, was founded by Jamaican Marcus Garvey. It later became popular as an emblem of Black pride during the Black Liberation movement of the 1960s. The profound significance of the colors have symbolized a host of deeply felt associations. Most recently, according to the UNIA, the three colors of the flag represent: RED: the blood that unites all people of Black African ancestry, and shed for liberation; BLACK: black people whose existence as a nation, though not a nation-state, is affirmed by the existence of the flag; and GREEN: the abundant natural wealth of Africa. The meaningful and representative uses of these three colors are interchangeable with Black Power, Freedom, Justice and Liberation and are used in flags and other emblems of various nations and territories in Africa and the Americas to represent Pan-Africanist ideology. Variations of the flag can and have been used in various countries and territories in the Americas to represent Garveyist ideologies. Despite not being Pan-African in its original conception, it has influenced the flags of many Pan-African organizations and policies. African Union countries who have derived their nation’s flags from these colors include: Biafra, Kenya, South Sudan, Malawi, Angola, St.Kitts and Nevis, and Libya. ADINKRA ~ originally created by the Bono people of Gyaman, an Akan people who settled in the area of West Africa that is now called Ghana and Ivory Coast. The Asante peoples of Ghana used Adinkra symbols to express the connection between the verbal and the visual in Akan culture and to represent concepts or aphorisms. Adinkra are used extensively in fabrics, logos and pottery. ------------------------------ ♡ Your bracelet will come with a burlap gift pouch and instruction tips on how to best care for your jewelry. Your order will ship using Earth-friendly, recycled, environmentally-conscious packing materials. Gift wrapping is also available.♡ CARE INSTRUCTIONS ♡ Your stretch bracelet is handcrafted to be strong and lasting, but the elastic, stones, and beads are not eternal. Likewise, almost all metal discolors over time. Therefore, gold and silver plating – known for its beauty and affordability – requires care. You can prolong the finish of your jewelry as well as the vibrancy of your gemstones by following these simple tips:> DO NOT GET YOUR BRACELET WET ~ Keep your jewelry away from moisture. It is best to remove your bracelet before washing your hands, showering, exercising and swimming since contact with moisture can break down the elastic, ruin finishes and tarnish metals and charms. > AVOID CONTACT WITH CHEMICALS ~ Perfume, soap, moisturizer, lotion, hand sanitizer or other chemicals can weaken the elastic, harm natural crystals and result in the discoloration and peeling of beads and gemstones. Be careful.> AVOID HEAT EXPOSURE ~ Leaving your bracelet in sunlight or exposed to heat for an extended period of time may lead to elastic erosion and can cause beads and metal to discolor. Remove your bracelet while exercising.> ROLL IT ON AND OFF ~ Do not over-stretch your bracelet! It has been made with pre-stretched elastic. Over-stretching it beyond its capacity will cause it to break. To keep from overly stretching it to put it on and off, slide your fingers into the bracelet first, then gently roll the beads over your knuckles and then onto your wrist. Do the same when taking your bracelet off.> STORE SAFELY ~ Always store your jewelry safely in a soft pouch, soft cloth – or secure in a box or drawer – separate from other jewelry. Never wear your jewelry to bed and remove when sleeping. Use a soft microfiber cloth to polish.♡ HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY ♡All of the jewelry in my shop is constructed one at a time and therefore no two will be exactly alike.
