Anatomical Heart Necklace This Anatomical Heart Pendant design was carefully carved by hand in wax in order to make it highly detailed and realistic. It is about. 28 mm long (a bit over 1") and weighs approx. 17 grams of solid lead free pewter. It is delivered with a Stainless Steel chain in a length of 51 cm (20"), but just leave us a message and we can make it into any custom length of up to 76 cm (30"), free of charge of course! We have oxidized the heart to emphasize all the details and then polished it by hand. We end it in a tumbler for a final buff before we ship it to you.
