Artisan-Made Beaded Jade Collar Choker Necklace With Lotus Cloisonne Pendant 15″

This lovely, one-of-a-kind necklace started its life as a simple, beaded jade necklace that had come apart. The 8mm jade beads were re-strung with 2mm gold glass seed beads as spacer beads, and a cloisonne pendant was added. The cloisonne pendant is exquisite and features a lotus flower with a butterfly; the color of the leaves on the pendant perfectly match the jade beads. The clasp used in this necklace came from the original jade bead necklace and is marked "14/20" for gold plating; there is some visible wear on the portion of the clasp that is inserted into the clasp box. This is a smaller necklace and measures 15". An elegant piece, and a beautiful addition to your collection.
