Hello there, This beautiful extender is handmade in one of a kind. The toggle part of this is a Vermeil, so it is a gold over stalling silver. The chain and the wire as well as the small round accent beads are a 14 karat gold filled. The larger accent beads are true Swarovski crystals. Even though they stopped selling them to the Public a few years ago, I have such an enormous stock pile. I will be able to make things with Swarovski crystals for years to come. This measures ever so slightly over 4 inches and is made for medium weight necklaces. This could even support something a little on the heavier side. If you have an exceptionally chunky or heavy Necklace and need something more sturdy, I do make those inquire within!
