The heart stone is framed in lustrous Alchemia Gold colored alloy metal, handcrafted in Mexico by skilled local artisan craftspeople. This lovely pendant is framed by a fancy edge detail & bezel setting in Alchemia gold & includes a 5 x 7mm flattened oval cable link 20" chain, which fastens with a shepard's hook clasp. Charles Albert's Alchemía gold colored alloy metal infuses a special blend of base metals to produce pieces of jewelry with the look and feel of 18K gold. The metal used is also free of nickel, lead, and cadmium. Because Alchemía is not plated gold, the color you see is inside and out and will not turn or tarnish due to an incredibly, strong, protective lacquer. So strong in fact, all Alchemía pieces are hypoallergenic.
